London Fashion Week SS 2011...Kat

Model Kat Hessen after Topshop Unique

London Fashion Week SS 2011....Laura

TV presenter Laura Jackson
p.s. I thought I was pretty much all caped-out but then the little American Apparel ad on the side of my blog kept bringing up pretty cape photos in the cold so I am rethinking my view. Winter isn't over yet!

London Fashion Week SS 2011

Completely adore her feather headdress and her E.T. pendant (I mentioned to her that I refused to see E.T. at the movies when I was little as I knew it was a sad film! Nothing has changed- I still hate sad movies ;)

And I still haven't seen E.T.

London Fashion Week SS 2011...Columbine

Blogger and fashion stylist Columbine Smille

London and New York Fashion Weeks SS 2011....Ruby

Hands down my absolute favourite model to photograph, Ruby Aldridge. Okay, yes she is beyond gorgeous but she is just so super nice as well. I even overheard her in Milan trying to help one of the other photographers catch some of the models before they left for the next show (it gets REALLY crazy once a show finishes).

And Cool. Without. Even. Trying.

After Jason Wu in New York:

London Fashion Week SS 2011....Dree

Dree Hemingway after Topshop Unique. How sweet is her fairy-floss, candy coloured hair? And that lipstick? seriously yummy.
Mmmm I just realised how many military style jackets are in these series of posts......it wasn't a conscious decision. Must have them on my mind.

London Fashion Week SS 2011...Lucy

Leather trousers.

So I liked them on Elle during the week (in the snow! wheeeeee.... MORE SNOW PLEASE!), but I love them on Lucy :)

London Fashion Week SS 2011....Peony

Peony, 1/3 of PRP blog (which stands for photographing real people and also Pete, Rowie and Peony, the creators behind the blog) which popped up during London Fashion Week (and who doesn't love a good pop-up?!). The blog is still up so be sure to check it out and find out what PRP got up to during the week.
I have been dithering over posting photos of Peony and Rowie (I have their outfits from each day at LFW!). I think once someone I have photographed becomes a friend, I find it more difficult to choose photos....I never want to disappoint or have them hate their photos! So I just procrastinate and procrastinate...
p.s. I was over at Peony's house last week for afternoon tea (homemade Ottolenghi carrot cake, and cupcakes-helllllllllllloooooooooo!) and was lamenting the current state of my hair (which ever so slightly currently resembles a blonde birds nest). Peony swears by Philip Kingsley products (which I already use) but insists that the way to get gorgeous hair (and hello, look at hers!) that I MUST start brushing my hair twice a day. Um, I have to confess that I haven't brushed my hair twice a day since high school. I am a once a day girl. Anyone else just brush once or am I just horrifically lazy?!

London Fashion Week SS 2011....Alice

London based illustrator Alice Gabb. You can buy Alice's pretty stationery and prints (and very sweet little tweed creatures) from Etsy as well as from her stall at Broadway market every Saturday.

London Fashion Week....Seventies Hippy-Luxe

Does anyone know who this girl is?? I think I photographed her at LFW last September in the Christopher Kane for Topshop gorilla print dress so maybe she works for Topshop (I took this outside the Topshop Unique show this season). She has the most amazing red hair and freckes (yeah, yeah, I know: I am obsessed!).

p.s. Off to Milan tomorrow. Very worried about finding my way around since I got hopelessly lost in New York (and everyone says it is almost impossible to get lost in New York because it is a grid system....mmmmmm I proved everyone wrong! I have absolutely no sense of direction. I even got a little group of us slightly lost the other day on the way to a show in London). I intend to attach myself like a limpet to Tamu from All the Pretty Birds since she lives in Milan!

London Fashion Week...Lucy

Lucy Williams, fashion assistant at Instyle magazine (UK) (she works with one of my absolute favourite fashion editors, Natalie Hartley). I think Lucy was one of the most photographed girls at LFW, each day she looked gorgeous!

London Fashion Week....Coco Sumner

The coolest kid on the block: Coco Summer. Even the way Coco walks (kind of a swagger) oozes hipness.

London Fashion Week...Jemma

Jemma Tibbals, Junior Fashion Editor at Handbag.com. Adore her gorgeous little checked shirt and her bike: the perfect mode of transport to zip between shows. Did anyone use the Barclays bikes to trek between shows????

London Fashion Week....Claire

Claire from Young Shields blog.

I met Claire on a blogger's trip to Paris last year, and I am so embarrassed that I didn't recognise her on Sunday when I asked if I could take her photo..... She is all grown up and looking super glam!

London Fashion Week...Poppy

Poppy Delevigne looking utterly gorgeous as always. Love the Chanel boots!

London Fashion Week....Anna Dello Russo

Every time I see Anna, I give a little (internal!) squeal of delight. She always manages to look just so incredible.

London Fashion Week....Yasmin Le Bon

I've never seen Yasmin Le Bon in real life before: she is just so incredibly beautiful and elegant.
